Insullite is a fire retardant recessed light cover designed to allow the installer to insulate safely and effectively around recessed lights. Insulation placed too close can be a fire hazard or cause IC-Rated fixtures to shut off. Installing Insullite recessed light covers allows insulation to be placed as close to the light or heat-producing fixture as possible without the risk of fire or disruption of the fixture function.
